you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not 
agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Products and Services
Oblum Bespoke offers premium handcrafted footwear, pocket squares, 
silk ties and men's accessories. All products are made to order 
using traditional artisan techniques. Product images are for 
illustration purposes and slight variations may occur due to the 
handcrafted nature of our products.

Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and UPI payments. 
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment must be 
completed at the time of order. Oblum Bespoke reserves the right 
to cancel any order in case of payment failure or fraud.

Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across India and internationally. Delivery timelines 
vary based on location and product type. Made-to-order products 
may require additional processing time. Shipping charges are 
calculated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds
As most of our products are made to order, returns are accepted 
only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received. 
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if 
there is an issue. Custom and personalized orders are 
non-returnable.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, logos, text and 
designs are the property of Oblum Bespoke and are protected by 
copyright law. Reproduction or use without written permission 
is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
Oblum Bespoke is not liable for any indirect or consequential 
damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our 
liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes 
shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, 
Telangana.
